There is a moment in our life when we realise something needs to change for us to grow, develop or simply getting better. In the same way the lobster needs to free itself from it shell to grow, we sometimes need to free ourselves from a behaviour, a habit or an emotional response that is not appropriate anymore.
And like the lobster, when that happens, we feel exposed and vulnerable. And still this is the only way for us to grow.
While we desire to change at conscious level there is a subconscious part of us that resists the change.
